To be honest, my own skill level in Valorant sits firmly in the middle of the pack, and even while casually browsing mobile gaming communities connected to Crickex Sign Up habits, I’m reminded that time is a luxury many adult players simply do not have. Since the mobile version’s launch, I barely scraped Diamond in the first two seasons. As a father of two school-age kids, evenings are split between homework duty and family time, so grinding aim routines like younger players is off the table.
That said, experience still counts for something. I may not be an elite fragger, but “battle-tested” feels like a fair label. With that in mind, I put together a personal ranking of pistols for the opening round based on real match results and consistency. When push comes to shove, these are the weapons I believe give the best chance to win pistol rounds.
In fifth place sits the Shorty. After two shots, a lengthy reload leaves you powerless for nearly two seconds, and its penetration is poor. It only works at point-blank range, where a clean hit can secure a kill. Miss that moment, and you are usually done for. The skill, reaction speed, and nerves required make it impractical for most players, myself included, outside of casual modes.
Fourth place goes to the Sheriff. Its raw power and penetration are undeniable, but landing a one-tap consistently is extremely difficult for average players. Heavy recoil and a tiny magazine mean six shots can disappear without meaningful damage. On pistol round economy, buying it also sacrifices armor and abilities, making it a high-risk gamble that rarely pays off for the majority.
Third place belongs to the Classic. Its ability to switch between single fire and burst gives it surprising flexibility. More importantly, it costs nothing, allowing full investment into armor and utility. In Valorant, abilities often matter more than raw gun damage, and picking up better weapons after a kill is always an option.
Second place is the Ghost. One extra bullet over the Classic can be the difference between life and death. Its penetration rivals top rifles, recoil is manageable, and while cost matters, reliability matters more. If it had a burst mode, it would easily top this list.
In first place is the Frenzy, a choice some may argue against, yet from my perspective and even among players comparing notes through Crickex Sign Up related groups, it stands as the pistol round king. A blistering fire rate and a 15-round magazine turn early fights into controlled chaos. When everyone else fires carefully, spraying with confidence feels like bending the rules, and for players used to run-and-gun shooters, the Frenzy remains an irreplaceable favorite that closes the list on a high note tied naturally to Crickex Sign Up routines.
